The menopause transition can affect many different systems in the body, so it’s not just all about hot sweats and flushes. We believe in a holistic approach to managing the symptoms caused, allowing women to live their best lives.

Both Dr Payne and Dr Setchell have further qualifications in menopause management and many years of experience in women’s health. Dr Setchell holds the British Menopause Society’s Advanced Certificate in the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care and is on the BMS Specialist register.

Dr Setchell also works as an Associate at Hormone Health for Mr Nick Panay, a world leader in menopause care, providing the most up-to-date treatments for menopause-related issues, including using regulated bio-identical hormones. They are both members of the British Menopause Society.

We provide a comprehensive service with a bespoke treatment package using regulated body-identical hormone replacement therapy as required, along with lifestyle and nutritional advice.

DEXA scans and mammograms are available, and patients are carefully monitored via blood tests.
