GP Consultations
A private family GP service which puts the patient at the heart of the practice and is renowned for clinical excellence and the breadth of experience and expertise our close-knit team of doctors bring.
We are all highly experienced physicians and able to consult in any area of general practice. Individually, we bring our unique training and expertise, which means that, as a team, we have extensive knowledge to benefit our patients.
We aim to ensure that each patient is looked after as an individual, in an unhurried manner, by the same doctor should they wish, as we recognise the importance of continuity of care to our patients.
We offer the option of both in-person or virtual consultations and can provide prescriptions in person or via our Pharmacy Concierge Service.

What services do you offer patients at your private GP clinic?
At GP London W1, we can complement your existing GP by offering speedy access to services that may not be available in the NHS. This includes private investigations such as medical scans or blood tests.
We can help with acute or chronic, ongoing medical conditions and refer you to consultants and other medical experts for specialist treatments.
Do you treat children at your private GP clinic?
We offer a full family private general practice, so we look after children of all ages as well as family planning advice and pregnancy care. This includes childhood vaccinations and child and adolescent mental health support.
Dr Payne has many years of training in obstetrics and gynaecology, and Dr Wall balances her work at GP London W1 with bringing up a young family and understands the challenges well.
Will seeing a private GP affect my NHS care?
We always recommend that our patients are registered with an NHS GP and registering with us will not affect your NHS care. We believe strongly that we can extend your healthcare choices.
